About

Over more than two decades, Delight Express Co., Ltd. has expanded from a Sea and Air Freight Forwarder into Ship Agency and Brokering and Chartering services. To respond promptly to clients' documentation needs and effectively monitor vessel operations, we have established service offices in Taipei, Taichung, and Mailiao, ensuring efficient operations and timely, professional service for our clients and shipowners.

Our professional team comprises members of diverse nationalities, including Vietnamese, Indonesian, Malaysian, Indian, and Filipino professionals. Their language skills enable effective communication with shipowners and clients, helping overcome cross-border communication barriers and improve problem-solving efficiency. In addition to containerized and dry bulk cargo transportation, we have extensive experience providing services for chemical tankers worldwide and serve as the Taiwan general agent for cross-strait direct shipping services.

At Mailiao Port, Taiwan's only dedicated industrial port, we handle vessel loading and unloading operations every week and are well acquainted with the port's regulations and operating procedures. Whether serving shipowners or clients, we provide timely port information to help them manage operational schedules and identify business opportunities.

Although we are smaller than large corporations, we remain committed to considerate service and round-the-clock availability. Our dedication has earned the growing trust and support of shipowners and clients. Looking ahead, we will continue to uphold our core values of diligence, pragmatism, and integrity, providing reliable, high-quality services to shipowners and clients.

We also welcome local and international professionals with shipping industry experience, as well as motivated individuals eager to develop their expertise, to join our team and grow with us.
